The Tigers look to remain unbeaten in the third annual cross-conference showdown.

AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn women’s basketball will take on the Syracuse Orange in the 2025 ACC/SEC Challenge, it was announced by ESPN and the two conference offices Thursday.

The Tigers will hit the road for the second straight year in the Challenge with the game taking place Wednesday, Dec. 3, at JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, New York.

Network designations and tip times for the 16 games in the ACC/SEC Challenge will be announced at a later date. All games will air on the ESPN family of networks.

Auburn is 2-0 in previous ACC/SEC Challenge matchups. The Tigers traveled to Charlottesville, Virginia, last year, and came away with a 66-57 win over the Cavaliers. In 2023, the Tigers hosted Clemson in the inaugural edition of the event, winning 83-53 at Neville Arena.

This will be the sixth all-time meeting between Auburn and Syracuse in women’s basketball. The Tigers are 5-0 in the series, including a 2-0 mark in Syracuse. The last meeting came in 2004, a 48-35 Auburn win at Manley Field House.
