AUBURN, Ala. – Year two of the Malveaux era features a challenging Southeastern Conference schedule, including three series with 2025 Women’s College World series participants, as the league office released the 2026 SEC softball conference slate on Wednesday.
SEC play begins March 6 and concludes May 2. The conference slate includes eight three-game series for each team for a total of 24 games.
Auburn begins league play at Jane B. Moore Field, hosting Kentucky on March 6-8. The stacked home schedule also features Missouri (March 27-29), in-state rival Alabama (April 10-12) and concludes with 2025 WCWS participant Ole Miss (April 24-26).
Hitting the road for the first time in league play on March 13-15, the Tigers make their first trip to Norman to face Oklahoma, marking the first meeting between the two teams as conference foes. Auburn also travels to Arkansas (April 3-5), Florida (April 17-19) and LSU (April 30-May 2).
The 2026 SEC Tournament is scheduled for May 5-9 at John Cropp Stadium in Lexington, Ky.
Game times and television assignments will be announced at a later time along with Auburn’s non-conference schedule. The 2026 SEC schedule is subject to change, including the move of some conference series to conclude on Monday.
