AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn gymnastics team is set to kick off the 2026 season ranked No. 11 as voted on by members of the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association, the WCGA announced Tuesday.

“It’s good to see that the collegiate coaches believe we will pick up where we left off last year after losing an impactful senior class,” head coach Jeff Graba said. “We are welcoming in a very talented freshman class and have worked hard to get to where we are today. It’s refreshing to see our peers recognize that hard work and rank us right where we left off last season.”

All nine Southeastern Conference teams rank in the Top 12 with Oklahoma, LSU and Florida holding the top three spots. Missouri (No. 7), Alabama (No. 8), Kentucky (No. 9), Arkansas (No. 10), Auburn (No. 11) and Georgia (No. 12) close out the league’s ranked teams.

Five of Auburn’s six non-conference opponents are ranked among the Top 36. That includes No. 6 Michigan State, No. 19 Clemson, No. 23 NC State, No. 24 North Carolina and No. 32 Boise State.

The Tigers open up the season hosting No. 23 NC State on January 9. The two teams will go head-to-head at 7 p.m. CT in Neville Arena.
