AUBURN, Ala. – Plainsman Plaza, the new pre-game block party at Plainsman Park, will make its debut prior to Saturday’s showdown between No. 4 Auburn (18-2, 3-0 SEC) and No. 2 Texas (18-2, 2-1 SEC).

Located along Donahue Drive and available on select SEC Saturdays throughout the rest of the season, Plainsman Plaza will bring the ballpark to life beginning three hours before first pitch.

The space will feature appearances from Auburn cheerleaders, food trucks, live music, games and inflatables for kids, videoboards for watching live games from across the country, and more.

Plainsman Plaza will open at 3 p.m. CT with the main seating area of the ballpark opening at 4:30 p.m. and first pitch at 6 p.m. In preparation for Plainsman Plaza’s opening, Donahue Drive from Heisman Drive to Samford Avenue will be shut down beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday.

Fans should access Plainsman Plaza through the entry gates near the intersection of Heisman and Donahue Drives.

Plainsman Plaza will be considered a part of the ballpark and a game ticket will be required for entry. Once inside, fans will not need to scan again for entry into the seating bowl. Similar to a regular Auburn baseball gameday, fans will not be permitted to leave and re-enter for the game after scanning into the Plainsman Plaza.

Following batting practice, the team will do a Tiger Walk down Donahue Drive from the Josh Donaldson Hitting Facility toward the Frank Thomas statue at approximately 4:25 p.m.

Schedule of Events:
3:00 p.m. – Plainsman Plaza Opens
4:25 p.m. – Auburn Baseball Tiger Walk on Donahue Drive
4:30 p.m. – Seating Bowl Opens

Also included within the Plainsman Plaza will be a photo opportunity wearing Auburn baseball gear, a YETI prize pack raffle, and concessions, restrooms and the team shop located inside the homeplate concourse of Plainsman Park.
