AUBURN, Ala. – One of 14 former Tigers participating Tuesday at the Woltosz Center, defensive end Keldric Faulk viewed Auburn’s Pro Day as the final step on his journey to the National Football league.

“As far as I could tell, everybody was pretty pleased,” said Faulk, who checked in 6-foot-5, 274 pounds.

Through measurements, position drills and interviews with NFL personnel, Pro Day provides one last opportunity to impress future employers.

“Everything that I have with Auburn and more,” Faulk said of what he plans to contribute to the franchise that drafts him. “The dedication to that team, being a leader in that locker room. On and off the field, doing everything I can to make sure our team prospers.”

While Faulk is projected to be first-round selection, fellow edge rusher Keyron Crawford might not be far behind, mentioned by ESPN’s Field Yates as a potential second rounder after an All-SEC senior season on the Plains.

“They love me as a person, most importantly, and the second part is they love me as a player,” said Crawford, who measured 6-4 and weighed 252 pounds on Pro Day. “Mindset wise, what I bring to the table, my mentality, how much I can contribute at the next level.”

After transferring from Arkansas State, Crawford played his final two seasons at Auburn, ranking second on the team in 2025 with five sacks and 9.5 tackles for loss.

“You face the best of the best in the SEC,” Crawford said. “In the NFL, you’re also going to face the best of the best.”

Crawford’s time at Auburn impacted him to the point that he’s not in a hurry to leave.

“I would love to be a part of this team still,” he said. “They stay true to the Auburn family. Running out in Jordan-Hare, that’s one of the most electrifying stadiums I ever played at.”

At 6-3, 309 pounds, former Auburn center Connor Lew is considered a second or third round prospect.

Fellow offensive lineman Jeremiah Wright appreciated the opportunity to participate after watching teammates in previous Pro Days.

“A dream come true right here,” said Wright, a member of Auburn’s program since 2020. “I’ve been watching the guys the past three, four, five years. “For me to be living my dream, being able to participate in Pro Day now, is a blessing. I’m going to keep striving for greatness.”

Listed at 6-5, 348 pounds as a senior in 2025, Wright weighed 330 on Pro Day.

“They’re getting somebody who’s going to be a people mover, he said. “Knocking people off the ball and be a bully. Somebody who didn’t quit, didn’t give up.”

From what they’ve observed during spring practice and in conversations, the former Tigers are optimistic about Auburn’s future under head coach Alex Golesh

“He’s building genuine relationships with everybody in that locker room,” Faulk said. “Guys love him. It’s a different feel around here. He’s going to push you to be the best you can.”

“Golesh is changing the culture,” Crawford said. “How he interacts with the players, it’s different. We had a lot of great guys on defense last year, but it’s more about what’s in you, the heart you have to bring out each day.”

“It’s a work in progress,” Wright said of Auburn’s 2026 O-line. “All five have to be as one. When they get that chemistry going and are able to communicate together, everything will fall into place for them. All of those guys being able to step up and get a fresh, new opportunity to show what they can do best, it means a lot.”

Hosted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the 2026 NFL Draft begins Thursday, April 23, with the first round. The second and third rounds take place April 24, and the draft concludes April 25 with rounds four through seven.
