AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn’s Anne Fernandez, Frances Brown and Rachel Gourley are set to participate in the Georgia State Invitational on Monday and Tuesday at Rivermont Golf Club in Johns Creek, Georgia. The first two rounds of the event will be played Monday, with the final round set for Tuesday. Fernandez, Brown and Gourley will compete as individuals.
Fernandez has participated in seven events this season. She fired a career-low 67 (3-under) during the second round of the Tar Heel Invitational in October. She also has two top-five individual finishes this season at the Canadian Collegiate Invitational and the Tar Heel Invitational.
Frances Brown, a freshman, will be playing in her third event of the season and second of the spring. Rachel Gourley will be making her second appearance this season and the 18th of her career on Monday.
The first round will begin with a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. CT. Live scoring will be available at scoreboard.clippd.com.
