PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — After 36 holes of action at The Hayt, Auburn men's golf stands tied for second, three back of the lead, at 15 strokes below par at Sawgrass Country Club. 

Auburn paired its opening round 9-under with a 6-under performance on Tuesday to climb one spot up the leaderboard. No. 21 Charlotte leads the field at 18-under. 

In the middle round, Jackson Koivun, Jake Albert and Josiah Gilbert all shot 70 (-2) to rise up the individual ranks. Koivun is the Tigers' low man as he is tied for fourth at 6-under for the weekend.
