BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Four Auburn players earned a total of five All-Southeastern Conference honors as announced by the league office Monday.

Chris Rembert was named the First Team All-SEC second baseman, while Ethin Bingaman and Jackson Sanders earned Second Team All-SEC honors at first base and relief pitcher, respectively. Bingaman was also named to the Freshman All-SEC Team, and Eric Guevara earned SEC All-Defensive Team honors at third base for the second straight season.

Rembert earns All-SEC honors for the second straight season after being named Second Team All-SEC as a freshman in 2025. The Pensacola, Florida, native finished the regular season with a .349 average, good for second on the team, including a .328 clip in league play. Rembert has saved his best for last as he has multiple hits in 14 of the last 21 games, hitting .398 during the span, and has turned in a .459 average during his current nine-game hitting streak.

Bingaman becomes Auburn’s second straight freshman to earn Second Team All-SEC honors, joining Rembert from 2025. Prior to last season, it had been since 2008 that a freshman earned first or second team honors from the league. The freshman first baseman finished the regular season with a .333 average to go along with a team-high 49 runs, 10 homers and 41 RBI. He led the team with a .333 average in SEC play and drove in a team-high 32 runs, the most by an Auburn freshman in conference play in the stat crew era (1993-present).

Sanders served both as a starter and reliever for the Tigers during the regular season but became the X-factor for the team when he made the move to the bullpen. In six relief appearances in league play, Sanders went 2-0 with three saves and a 1.71 ERA, striking out 29 in 21.0 innings pitched. He finished the regular season with a 2.79 ERA and 80 strikeouts in 58.0 innings pitched and lowered his ERA to 2.52 in nine appearances in league play.

Guevara has held down the hot corner for much of the last two seasons and becomes Auburn’s first back-to-back SEC All-Defensive Team representative since the award started in 2008. In 49 games at third base, the Panama City, Panama, native turned in a .962 fielding percentage, committing just five errors in 131 total chances. He started 29 of 30 SEC games at third base and upped his fielding percentage to .977, making just two errors and turning eight double plays during the conference season.

The All-SEC quartet and the rest of the No. 6 Tigers (36-18, 17-13 SEC) start postseason play at the SEC Tournament Wednesday, playing the winner of Tuesday’s game between Oklahoma (32-20, 14-16 SEC) and LSU (29-27, 9-21 SEC) at approximately 8 p.m. CT.
