AUBURN, Ala. – Recent Auburn graduates Keyshawn Hall and KeShawn Murphy have signed NBA Exhibit-10 contracts with the Miami Heat and Washington Wizards.
Hall signed with the Heat and Murphy with the Wizards as undrafted free agents, and each will work towards making a roster spot beginning with the NBA summer league which starts July 3 and culminates July 19 in Las Vegas.
In his one year on the Plains, Hall averaged 19.3 points per game and scored the fifth most single season points in school history (694) while setting the program record with 228 free throws made.
A dynamic scorer who tallied 1,892 points during his collegiate career, Hall had 19 games of scoring 20 or more points for the Tigers while notching seven double-doubles. He was one of two players in the SEC to rank top 10 in both scoring and rebounding last year.
Murphy averaged 10.7 points and 6.8 rebounds per game while increasing that production during SEC play to 11.2 points and 7.6 rebounds per game. He had a career-high 25 points in the win against Kentucky and overall had 13 double figure scoring games.
Hall and Murphy join a list of Auburn players in the NBA which includes Johni Broome, Dylan Cardwell, Sharife Cooper, Chaney Johnson, Miles Kelly, Walker Kessler, Davion Mitchell, Isaac Okoro and Jabari Smith Jr.
