Four Tigers named WGCA All-American Scholars

AUBURN, Ala. – Katie Cranston, Anna Davis, Molly Brown Davidson and Carys Worby have each been named All-American Scholars, the Women’s Golf Coaches Association announced Monday.

Katie Cranston earned All-American Scholar honors for the third consecutive time during her senior season. The Oakville, Ontario, native picked up an individual tournament victory at the UCF Challenge, shooting 207 (-9), and competed in nine events this season. Cranston, who was also named CSC Academic All-District, graduated this spring with a degree in communication and posted a 3.81 cumulative grade-point average.

Junior Anna Davis was named a WGCA All-American honorable mention and a second-team All-SEC performer this season after posting a 71.09 scoring average across 13 events. Davis won three tournaments this season to set a program record for most individual victories in a career. The communication major has been named an All-American Scholar three times in her career and was tabbed CSC Academic All-District this season.

Molly Brown Davidson, an aviation management major, completed her first season on the Plains with a 72.16 scoring average across 12 events and finished runner-up at the Moon Golf Invitational.

In her final season, Carys Worby earned the honor for the second consecutive year after being a regular in the Auburn lineup during the 2025-26 campaign. The senior graduated this May with a degree in supply chain management.

To be selected to the All-American Scholar Team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher and have played in at least half of the school’s regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year.

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association, founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization representing women’s collegiate golf coaches. The WGCA was formed to encourage the playing of college golf for women in correlation with a general objective of education and in accordance with the highest tradition of intercollegiate competition. Today, the WGCA represents over 750 coaches throughout the U.S. and is dedicated to educating, promoting and recognizing both its members and the student-athletes they represent.
