AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn men’s basketball program has announced its full non-conference schedule, which is highlighted by an early season matchup at Neville Arena against Arizona.
The Tigers will play three exhibition contests with previously announced games against Florida State (Oct. 14) and Alabama (Oct. 22) both in Birmingham, followed by a home exhibition against Samford on Oct. 29.
Auburn kicks off the regular season at home against Southeastern Louisiana on Nov. 4 and then hosts Appalachian State on Nov. 9 before the highly anticipated game against Final Four participant Arizona on Friday, Nov. 13 inside Neville Arena.
A trip to Las Vegas follows the Arizona game for the Players Ear 8 which runs from Nov. 17-19. Auburn opens the tournament against West Virginia, then plays either Kansas or UNLV and concludes the tournament against an opponent that is TBD based on results.
A pre-Thanksgiving home game against Lipscomb is scheduled for Nov. 24, followed by Auburn’s first true road game at Clemson on Dec. 1 for the SEC/ACC Challenge.
The Tigers return home to host Eastern Kentucky (Dec. 6) and Alabama State (Dec. 13), then head to Huntsville on Dec. 15 for the Rocket City Classic against Middle Tennessee and to Nashville on Dec. 19 for a neutral site game against Big Ten opponent Wisconsin at Bridgestone Arena.
The non-conference schedule concludes with home games against Lehigh (Dec. 22) and Morgan State (Dec. 29).
