AUBURN, Ala.—  It will be another challenging conference slate for Auburn softball as the Southeastern Conference released the 2027 league schedule Wednesday.

SEC play begins the weekend of March 12-14 and concludes May 8 with eight weekend series consisting of three games each.

All four of Auburn’s home opponents – Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi State and Texas – advanced to the 2026 Women’s College World Series, with Texas claiming the national championship.

The Tigers open conference play on the road with a trip to Ole Miss (March 12-14). After an weekend off from league play, the first home conference series welcomes Arkansas (March 25-27) to Jane B. Moore Field.

April begins with a trip to Texas A&M (April 2-4), followed by a home series against Tennessee (April 9-11). The Tigers then hit the road again to South Carolina (April 16-18) before returning home to take on Mississippi State (April 23-25).

Auburn hits the home stretch of league play at Georgia (April 30-May 2) before wrapping up the regular season at home against defending national champion Texas (May 6-8).

For the first time since 2003, the SEC Softball Tournament will be played at a neutral site. This year’s tournament runs May 11-15 at Toyota Field in Madison, Alabama.

Game times, TV selections and the non-conference schedule will be announced in the coming weeks. The 2027 SEC schedule is subject to change, including the potential move of one or more conference series to a Saturday-Monday schedule.
