AUBURN, Ala. — Ranked No. 21 in this week's Coaches Poll, Auburn soccer returns home for its final two home matches of the season, beginning with Kentucky on Thursday, Oct. 15, at the Auburn Soccer Complex. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. CT.

A pair of second-half goals from forward Dylan Driver propelled Auburn to another ranked win as the Tigers defeated No. 20 Oklahoma 2-0 at John Crain Field. The Tigers defeated back-to-back ranked opponents during the regular season for the first time since beating No. 24 LSU and No. 9 Florida during the 2015 campaign.

Recently recognized as the SEC Defensive Player of the Week, senior Eva Pattison has helped lead an Auburn back line that has allowed just three goals this season. The Tigers lead the nation in goals-against average at 0.231 and are one of only three teams in the country to have allowed fewer than five goals this season.

Kentucky rallied from a 2-0 halftime deficit to defeat No. 25 Texas 3-2 last Friday at the Bell Soccer Complex. Elise Ernest scored in the 65th minute before freshman Kyla Dawn netted the game-winner in the 89th minute.

“Coach Troy Fabiano is a winner. He has won everywhere he has been, and he has brought that resolute defense to Kentucky,” head coach James Armstrong said. “They have pace up front, a clear identity, a clear defensive structure, are dangerous on set pieces and are strong, physical and athletic while also having a deep bench.”

The two teams last met in 2024, playing to a 0-0 draw at the Bell Soccer Complex. Thursday marks the 30th meeting between the programs, with Auburn holding a slight advantage in the series at 13-11-5. The Tigers have dominated the series recently, posting a 5-0-2 record since 2015.

Thursday's match will stream on SEC Network+, with kickoff set for 6:30 p.m. CT. Radio coverage will be available on WEGL 91.1, and live stats will be available at AuburnTigers.com.

Admission to the match at the Auburn Soccer Complex is free, and fans will receive an Auburn soccer goalie shirsey while supplies last.

Beginning this season, personal coolers are permitted at the Auburn Soccer Complex. Fans can also visit Chaos Corner, the new student section at the pitch.
