Auburn tied the match on a pair of Oklahoma errors, then took a lead at 14-13 to serve for match point. Oklahoma fended off six straight match points. Oklahoma finally hit a ball long, clinching the match win for Auburn.
  • Keiran's 27 digs were the most by an Auburn freshman since Liz Crouch's record 30 against Georgia on Nov. 7, 2007.
  • Keiran's dig total was the most by any Auburn Tiger since Zoe Slaughter recorded 29 at South Alabama on Sept. 14, 2023. It was the highest mark in SEC play by a Tiger since Bella Rosenthall recorded 33 vs. Missouri in 2021.

  • Kerian's 27 digs and three aces were career highs.

SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
  • Georgia is 14-7 coming to the Plains with a 6-5 record in SEC play.
  • The Bulldogs opened SEC play with a 6-1 start, defeating South Carolina, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Ole Miss, and LSU, dropping their only match to Mississippi State.
  • Over the last four weeks, Georgia has lost four straight to Texas A&M, Missouri, Texas, and Vanderbilt.
  • The Bulldogs are one of the best serving teams in the SEC with 1.78 aces per set, the second-best mark in the conference, 42nd overall in DI.
  • Bianna Muoneke ranks second in the country in kills per set with 5.04. Her 408 kills on the season are the most in the SEC and fifth-most in the nation.
  • Muoneke has recorded 20 or more kills in five of the last eight matches, including 29 and 30 at Alabama and LSU, respectively. Even with the high volume, Muoneke is hitting .299 on the season. She hit .581 with 19 kills and one error on 31 attacks at Ole Miss.

SERIES HISTORY
  • Auburn has led the series in recent seasons, winning 16 of the previous 23 matchups.

A NEW LOOK OFFENSE
  • Kate Mansfield made the switch to pin hitter from middle blocker ahead of Auburn's match at Texas on Oct. 16. Mansfield primarily plays on the right side when Anastasija Ivkovic rotates into the back row.
  • This move brought Emma Moore back into the rotation as a starting middle blocker, giving her her first consistent time starting since returning from a near two-year injury recovery from Tommy John surgery.
  • For two rotations, the switch pairs Mansfield with Grace Havlicek, the Tigers' two top blockers.
  • In SEC play, notable splits before and after moving Mansfield to the pins include:
    • Hitting Percentage: .153 ›› .238
    • Kills per set: 10.95 ›› 12.45
    • Assists per set: 10.20 ›› 11.59
    • Points per set: 14.10 ›› 16.18
    • Blocks per set: 2.05 ›› 2.59
