Our department is proud to offer a variety of premier locations to choose from for your special event, whether it may be a business gathering, rehearsal dinner, corporate dinner, wedding reception or large scale production. Auburn Athletics has a team of talented staff that will assist you in coordinating all details while providing exceptional service you and your guests will rave about long after your event is over.

Additional Information

Special events can be secured as early as 6-months before the event date, pending final release of venue sporting calendars. Please contact Athletics Special Events office by emailing us at athspecialevents@auburn.edu.

Usage fees listed are solely for the event spaces, dates and times listed on the completed facility use agreement. This minimum does not include staff/operations fee, taxes, audio-visual equipment, or any other miscellaneous charges. Additional fees may include, but not limited to, catering, event rentals, and decorations. 

A Special Events staff member will serve as your primary point of contact for all event needs throughout the planning process. This team member will arrange initial meetings, provide contracts, venue diagrams, vendor coordination, and a master timeline of events, and will remain on call throughout the event. Should additional on-site assistance be required—such as executing registration, production directing, or extensive setup and breakdown of décor, linens, or materials—an additional fee of $100 per hour per team member will apply.

There are several university approved vendors, which include catering, rentals, decor and entertainment. The proposed use of any vendor outside of Auburn University's approved vendors must adhere to the guidelines and must receive advanced approval by Auburn University. Additional fees will apply. A complete list of confirmed vendors, required documents, and contact information must be submitted to your Special Events team member 30-days in advance of your event.

War Eagle Productions Audio-Visual department is the sole provider of audio/visual requests for special events through Auburn Athletics. They have highly trained staff that can provide a customized qoute for your AV needs. 

The event host is responsible for securing, ordering, and paying for any food, beverages and catering needs for your event. Auburn University does not allow any host or guests to provide food or beverages at any event. All events within an athletics facility must follow Auburn University's alcohol policy found below.
