Auburn currently has 2,523 yards rushing on the season. The last time Auburn had at least that many yards in a season was 2010 when it finished with 3,987.

The Auburn defense held Florida Atlantic to 247 yards of total offense, marking the second time this season Auburn has held an opponent under 250 yards (173 by Western Carolina).

Tre Mason's first-quarter touchdown was his 9th rushing TD of the season and 10th overall. For his career, Mason has 18 career rushing and 20 total career touchdowns.
 
Mason now has 1,916 career rushing yards, to move to 17th place on Auburn's all-time list, passing Phil Gargis (1,884 from 1973-76) and Fob James (1,913 from 1952-55).
 
FAU's first-quarter fumble was caused by Dee Ford (the second of his career) and recovered by Jermaine Whitehead (second of his career). It was Auburn's first fumble recovery return of the season.
 
Corey Grant's first-quarter touchdown was his fourth of the season and career.
 
Chris Davis' 72-yard punt return was a career long for the senior, the longest since Robert Baker had a 79-yard punt return against South Carolina in 1996.
 
Nick Marshall's 10-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter was his fifth of the season and his third of 10 yards or longer.
 
Jeremy Johnson's 67-yard touchdown pass to Sammie Coates in the second quarter was Johnson's 6th TD pass of the season and Coates' 5th career TD catch (fifth this season); it was the longest completion of Johnson's career.
 
This is the first time Coates has had two touchdown receptions in a game and the first time an Auburn player has done so since Philip Lutzenkirchen versus Ole Miss in 2011. This is Coates' third career 100-yard receiving game, and his second in a row. The last Auburn receiver to record 100-yard games back to back was Emory Blake vs. Virginia 2011 and Clemson 2012.
 
Cody Parkey's 40-yard field goal miss at the end of the first half was his first miss after 19 consecutive made field goals from 45 yards and in dating back through the 2011 Chick-fil-A Bowl.
 
Cameron Artis-Payne's 1-yard TD run in the third quarter was his fifth touchdown run of the season.
 
Chris Davis had three of Auburn's five pass break-ups of the game and now has eight on the season and 18 in his career.
 
Dee Ford entered the game second in the SEC in sacks per game at 1.0 and added to it tonight with a third quarter sack.
 
Auburn's 1983 SEC championship team was honored on its 30th anniversary in pregame ceremonies.
