2009 Cross Country: Helped Auburn to a No. 25 team finish at the NCAA Championships, placing 152nd in 31:46.5 on the 10k course ... Was Auburn[apos]s No. 3 or 4 runner at every meet ... Finished 16th at the SEC Championships in 25:20.38 (8k), and 27th at the NCAA South Regional in 31:17.95 (10k) ... Third overall at the season-opening Troy Trojan Invitational in 15:52.88 (5k).
2009 Outdoor: Placed 12th in the steeplechase at the Mideast Regional Championships with a time of 9:03.50 ... Regionally qualified while finishing third at the SEC Championships with a time of 8:53.45 that ranks ninth in school history ... Also finished 14th in the 5000m at the SEC meet ... Finished seventh in the 1500m at the War Eagle Invitational in 3:50.04.
2009 Indoor: Ran on Auburn[apos]s distance medley relay team that finished 13th at the NCAA Championships in 9:39.11 ... Ran the opening leg on the DMR team at the SEC Championships that placed third in 9:49.34 ... Also placed 12th in the 3,000m at the SEC Championships ... Had season-best times of 8:08.87 in the 3000m , and 14:15.16 in the 5,000m... His 5,000 time ranks eighth in Auburn indoor history.
2008 Cross Country: Helped the men[apos]s team finish fifth at the NCAA Championships, finishing 139th in 31:10.6 for 10K as Auburn[apos]s No. 5 runner ... Earned all-NCAA South Region honors by placing 24th in a 10K time of 32:20.14 ... Had best showing of career at a SEC Championship, finishing the 8K course in 24:44.47 for 22nd place ... Had top-25 finishes at Tiger Invitational (23:36.49, 8K, 18th) and Powerade Invitational (15:22, 5K, third).
2008 Outdoor: Regionally qualified in the steeplechase three times, including a season-best mark of 9:00.39 while placing sixth at the SEC Championships ... Was second in that event at the Tiger Track Classic and third at the Sun Angel Classic ... Finished 13th at the Mideast Regional Championships ... Also ran in the 5000m at the SEC meet, placing 26th.
2008 Indoor: Finished 15th in the 3000m and helped the distance medley relay team take sixth at the SEC Championships ... Season-best time in the 3000m was 8:19.83 at the Meyo Invitational, and was second at the Clemson Invitational in 8:19.98 ... Ninth in the mile at the Tom Jones Memorial Classic and helped the DMR team place third ... Fourth in the 5000m (14:21.52) at the ISU Classic.
2007 Cross Country: Auburn[apos]s No. 3 runner at the SEC Championships, finishing 42nd overall in 25:37.07 ... Finished 50th at the South Regional in 32:34.68 ... Auburn[apos]s No. 3 runner at the UT-Chattanooga Invite, and No. 4 runner at the Bulldog Stampede.
2007 Outdoor: Ran in the 1500m at the SEC Championships ... Season-best time of 3:51.67 placed him eighth at the Auburn Invite ... Clocked a 1:56.08 in the 800m at the Yellow Jacket Invite ... Ran the mile at the Sun Angel Classic in 4:26.95.
2007 Indoor: Ran in the 800m and DMR at the SEC Championships ... Had season-best times of 1:54.82 in the 800m and 4:19.68 in the mile ... Helped Auburn[apos]s DMR team finish first at the Diet Pepsi Invite.
