2009 Cross Country: Earned his second-straight All-American honor after placing 13th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 29:50.1 on the 10K course, leading Auburn to a 25th-place team finish ... Named the 2009 NCAA South Region Athlete of the Year for a third straight year after winning his third straight NCAA South Region title ... Raced to a career-best 10K time of 29:35.85 at the regional meet ... Auburn[apos]s top finisher at the SEC Championships, as he took third with a time of 24:37.08 in the 8K race to help the Tigers finish third overall.

2009 Outdoor: Just missed a spot in the finals of the 1500m at the NCAA Championships, finishing 13th in the prelims with a personal-best time of 3:42.18, which ranks third in school history ... Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 1500m with a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Mideast Regional in 3:49.60 ... Finished third in the 1500m at the SEC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:44.13 ... Also placed 12th in the 5000 meters at the SEC meet ... Named the SEC Male Runner of the Week after winning the 800m and the 1500m at the War Eagle Invitational, clocking a time of 3:42.30 in the 1500m ... Won the 800m with a time of 1:49.19 ... Ran on the Tigers[apos] 13th-place DMR team at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... In his first race of the season, finished fourth in the mile at the Terrier Invitational with a time of 4:02.93 ... Improved to 4:01.42 while winning the Olympic Developmental mile at the Tyson Invitational... His time ranks third in Auburn indoor history and 21st in the NCAA this year ... Placed ninth in the college mile (4:10.35) at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games Feb. 7.

2008 Cross Country: Earned All-American honors at the NCAA Cross Country Championships by placing 28th in a career-best time of 30:04.70 on the 10k course and helped the Auburn men finish fifth as a team ... Won second straight NCAA South Regional title, finishing the 10K course in 30:45.91 and was named NCAA South Regional Male Athlete of the Year ... Placed fourth at SEC Championship (8K) to earn his second league first-team honor ... Finished as runner-up at Pre-Nationals (8K) and Tiger Invitational (8K) behind teammate Elkanah Kibet ... Opened season placing second at Roy Griak and was named SEC Male Athlete of the Week after his performance.

2008 Outdoor: Advanced to the finals of the 5000m at the NCAA Championships, placing 13th with a time of 14:02.65 ... Finished second in the 5000m at the Mideast Regional Championships with a time of 14:06.32 to qualify for NCAA meet ... Won his first career SEC title May 18 at the SEC Outdoor Championships, winning the 1500m with a time of 3:45.81 ... Sprinted to the front with 300m left, opening a 10-meter lead, and held on down the stretch ... Ran the fastest time in the prelims of 3:43.96 ... Regionally qualified in the 1500m by finishing second (first among Division I runners) at the Tiger Track Classic with a time of 3:44.65 ... Improved to 3:43.36 while finishing 12th in the Invitational 1500m at the Sun Angel Classic ... Qualified in the 5000m at the Mt. 2008 Indoor: Participated in just two competitions ... At the SEC Championships, reached the finals of the mile, finishing sixth in 4:06.45 ... Also helped the distance medley relay team place sixth in 10:00.90 ... Ran in the 3000m at the Meyo Invite, finishing 27th in 8:27.04.

2007 Cross Country: Named the South Region Athlete of the Year after finishing first at the NCAA South Regional in 30:05.48, becoming the first Tiger to win a regional title ... Did not run as well at the NCAA meet, finishing 112th (31:12.3) ... Was Auburn[apos]s top finisher at every meet ... Finished sixth at the SEC Championships in 24:14.68 ... Took first at the UT-Chattanooga Invite, second at the Bulldog Stampede and sixth at the Tiger Invitational.

2007 Outdoor: Competed in the Mideast Regional finals in the 1500m ... Posted a season-best 1500m time of 3:44.05, which is ninth in school history, in the regional prelims ... Also regionally qualified in the 800m with a season-best time of 1:48.84, which is sixth in school history, in the SEC meet prelims ... Placed second in the Olympic Developmental mile at the Penn Relays and third at the Sun Angel Classic in 4:02.44.

2007 Indoor: Finished third in the mile at the SEC Championships in a time of 4:04.88 ... Ran a season-best 4:03.05 mile at the Husky Invitational, placing 12th ... Earned three other top-10 finishes in the mile at the Clemson Invitational (ninth), the Diet Pepsi Invitational (fifth) and the Meyo Invitational (ninth) ... Ran on Auburn[apos]s winning DMR team at the Diet Pepsi Invitational (10:09.96).

Prior to Auburn: Earned All-American honors by placing 11th at the 2006 NAIA Cross Country Championships while running for Wayland Baptist ... Was the Region VI champion and Sooner Athletic Conference champion in cross country ... Top time of 24:35 ranks fourth best in Wayland Baptist history.
