Education: Cannella recieved both his bachelor's (Business Administration) and master's (Educational Leadership) from the University of North Florida.

Job Responsibilities: Cannella serves as the primary liaison for Financial Aid across all 17 sports, and ensure athletic financial aid is awarded in accordance with NCAA, SEC, Auburn and other applicable rules and regulations. Cannella also is the Compliance Liaison for Men's and Women's Track & Field/Cross Country, Men's and Women's Golf, and Women's Volleyball programs. 

Past Experience: Before arriving on The Plains, Cannella worked at Merrill Lynch from 2014-2018, after working as an intern in the Compliance Office at University of North Florida until July 2018. Additionally, Cannella worked as the Compliance Coordinator at Georgia Southern from 2018-2020 and most recently, the Assistant Director of Compliance at the University of South Carolina from 2020-2022.  

Personal: Cannella is orginally from Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
