Education: Alderson graduated from the University of Memphis in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise, Sport, and Movement Sciences. While at Memphis, he served as the first Creative Video Intern from 2019 to 2022 and as the Lead Creative Video Intern from 2020 to 2022. He also worked with the football program as part of the coaches’ film staff from 2018 to 2021 and with Athletics Creative Video from 2021 to 2022.

Job Responsibilities: Alderson oversees Auburn Athletics’ creative video vision and standards. He leads the creative video interns and graduate assistants, supporting all creative video needs across Auburn’s athletic programs.

Experience: Before joining Auburn, Alderson worked with the University of Louisville football team in 2022 as a Creative Producer and with the University of Cincinnati football team from 2023–2025 as the Assistant Director of Creative Media. At Cincinnati, he oversaw the football creative video internship program and directed, produced, and edited social media and internal recruiting content.

Personal: Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Alderson was the captain of his high school basketball team during his junior and senior years (2017–2018).
