Andrew Warsaw joined the Auburn football staff in December 2025. He currently serves as the program’s general manager.
Warsaw, who owns nearly 20 years of collegiate and NFL operations experience, comes to the Plains after spending the last three years with Head Coach Alex Golesh at USF. He joined Golesh’s first staff as associate athletic director for football/chief of staff in December of 2022. He added the title of NIL General Manager and leadership of South Florida Athletics' NIL Strategy unit in July of 2024.
In his role as general manager, Warsaw oversees of all Auburn football’s off-field administration and staff and the operational infrastructure that supports the team’s competitive success.
During Warsaw’s tenure at USF, he helped orchestrate a turnaround of the program that included 23 wins in a three-year span after winning four combined games the three years prior to the staff’s arrival. The Bulls staff and roster featured an offense that finished two of the three seasons in the top 25 in the country in total offense, including the No. 2 total offense (501.7) and No. 4 scoring offense (43.0) in 2025.
Prior to his time in Tampa, Warsaw spent three seasons as the director of football operations at Tennessee from 2020-22, where he worked with Golesh for two seasons. He managed the football program’s budget, coordinated travel and the day-to-day operations of the football building.
Before Tennessee, Warsaw spent two seasons as the assistant athletic director for football operations at Mississippi State (2018-19), where he managed and balanced the program's annual eight-figure operating budget and coordinated the daily and yearly football schedule.
Warsaw's other responsibilities included handling all phases of team travel and serving as the football program's liaison between the university, the athletic department and the Southeastern Conference. During his time at Mississippi State, Warsaw also played a major role in the planning and execution of the program's three bowl appearances - 2017 TaxSlayer Bowl, 2019 Outback Bowl and 2019 Music City Bowl – as well the execution of numerous facility projects.
Prior to joining the Bulldogs, he served as the NFL’s director of game operations from December 2016 to December 2017. The Olney, Maryland, native coordinated team logistics and travel for international games as well as the Super Bowl and oversaw all game day policies during the season.
Warsaw spent two seasons as the director of football operations at Purdue (2015-16) and three seasons as the operations coordinator at Arizona (2013-15). He has also served in roles at Fordham (2012-13), the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (2011-12), Penn and Villanova.
A 2009 graduate of West Virginia, he spent four seasons as a student manager with the Mountaineers, helping to plan and prep for the 2006 Fiesta Bowl and the 2008 Meineke Car Care Bowl.
Warsaw and his wife, Ashley, have three children - Aiden, Landon and Eli.
