Education: Getz earned her bachelor’s degree in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University in 2024 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Business at Temple, with graduation expected in May 2026.

Job Responsibilities: Getz is responsible for monitoring and enforcing NCAA compliance across areas such as recruiting, eligibility, and financial aid. Her duties include overseeing recruiting activities and visits, reviewing eligibility and scholarship information, and educating coaches, staff, and student-athletes on NCAA and conference rules. She also assists with NIL monitoring and reporting, transfer portal tracking, roster and financial aid management, and compliance audits and documentation.

Experience: Getz began her athletics career as the Temple University mascot, a position she held for three years while completing her undergraduate studies. She also gained experience as an On-Campus Recruiting Intern for Temple Football, a Student Manager for Temple Men’s Basketball, and a Compliance Intern. In the summer of 2024, she served as an On-Campus Recruiting Intern for Vanderbilt Football, supporting official visits, camps, and daily operations. Since August 2024, she has worked as a Compliance and Student-Athlete Affairs Graduate Assistant at Temple, where she assisted with financial aid recaps, transfer portal management, recruiting monitoring, and scholarship distribution and communication.

Personal: Getz is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has a twin brother who works for Temple Football as the Director of Creative Media.
