Education: Wakefield received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston University in 2018. She is currently in her second year working on her Masters of Education in Administration of Higher Education at Auburn University.

Job Responsibilities: Wakefield serves as one of the graduate assistants for the Auburn soccer team. 

Past Experience: Prior to coming to Auburn, Wakefield was the Assistant Coach for the Gettysburg women’s soccer team in Pennsylvania for two years. She helped get them to the first round of the NCAA Tournament in 2019. Also at Gettysburg, she was the men’s and women’s assistant tennis coach and a certified strength and conditioning coach for all teams. Wakefield played collegiate soccer at Boston University and attributed to two NCAA Ttournament appearances, two Patriot League Conference Titles and was named to the All-Patriot League First Team in 2017. Wakefield coached and played for the Stars of Massachusetts soccer club.

Personal: Wakefield is a native of Boston, Massachusetts.
