Education: Graduated from Troy University in Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and a minor in Business Administration. 

Job Responsibilities: Chris has served as the Development Coordinator from 2021 to present for the Tigers Unlimited Foundation. She is responsible for processing major gifts and pledges. She also manages donor accounts and supports Development Officers.

Past Experience: Chris began at Auburn as an Adminstrative Associate for Psychology from 2006-2014. She moved to a role in the Athletics Business Office as a Financial Associate for Annual Giving for Tigers Unlimited from 2014-2021 before moving into her current position as Development Coordinator. Prior to Auburn, she worked in bookkeeping and office positions in her hometown in upstate New York.

Personal: A native of Johnstown, New York, Chris is married to Jeff Steiger and they have 3 sons: Kaleb, Matt and Garrett (2 Auburn graduates, 1 UAH graduate). Chris also has a daughter Amanda and three grandbabies.
