Education: Reaves earned a bachelor’s degree from Faulkner University in 2014.

Job Responsibilities: As an Athletic Grounds Technician for Facilities, Reaves supports the maintenance and upkeep of Auburn’s athletic venues, with primary responsibilities assisting the grounds crew for the equestrian program.

Experience: Reaves brings extensive hands-on experience in athletics operations and land management. For the past three years, he worked with Auburn Athletics Building Services, supporting daily facility operations and maintenance. He has also operated his own lawn care business for the past six years and has managed a small farm for more than 30 years, developing a strong background in grounds maintenance and operations.

Personal: A native of Beulah, Alabama, Reaves enjoys camping and hiking and lives with his wife, Amy.
