Education: Dr. Linen earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 2010. She completed a master’s degree in clinical psychology in 2012, an M.B.A. in interdisciplinary business in 2013, and a Psy.D. in clinical psychology in 2015 from Wright State University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Association for Women in Psychology (AWP), and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).

Job Responsibilities: Dr. Linen is responsible for providing clinical and sport psychology services to individual student-athletes. Additionally, she provides mental health consultation and education and team sport psychology services to student-athletes, coaching staff, sports medicine staff, and Athletics Department personnel.

Past Experience: Dr. Linen completed her pre-doctoral internship at The Help Group--a group of non-public schools based in the greater Los Angeles area. She completed her clinical psychology postdoctoral fellowship in Chicago, Illinois at the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center.

Personal: Dr. Linen is a native of El Paso, Texas, a former college basketball player, and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is the founding faculty advisor for Black Women in Mental Health, an Auburn University graduate student organization that aims to increase and promote mental health awareness in the Black community.
