Began at Auburn: Baker began at Auburn in 2017, left in 2020 for another role, and returned to Auburn in October 2024.

Job Responsibilities: Baker is responsible for creating and maintaining the visual brand of the Auburn Athletics Department through directing the development of creative strategy, overseeing the creation of individual sport and departmental design projects, and promoting brand standards compliance.

Past Experience: With over a decade of creative experience, Baker returns to Auburn Athletics for a second stint, bringing fresh expertise from his recent role as Creative Director at Realtree Outdoors—one of the leading brands in the hunting industry. At Realtree, he led the visual communication strategy, upheld brand standards, and directed a team of designers, solidifying Realtree’s position at the industry forefront.

Before Realtree, Baker served as the Assistant Director of Creative for Auburn Football. In this role, he was instrumental in driving recruiting, social media, and marketing efforts by producing innovative, high-impact content and managing a team of interns. His collaboration with the Auburn Athletics Creative Team helped shape the cohesive visual identity and strategic direction of Auburn Athletics across all sports and departments.

Baker launched his career at UAB Athletics as a Creative Specialist, where he designed and developed diverse content for both print and digital platforms.

Personal: Baker is a native of Tallassee, Alabama.
