Education: Arminio earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from Auburn University in 2009.

Job Responsibilities: As Director of NIL Events and Strategic Initiatives, Arminio supports Auburn Athletics’ revenue sharing and NIL operations by assisting with the planning and execution of donor, fan, and student-athlete events. His role combines operational execution with creative input, ensuring NIL activations and special initiatives are delivered with excellence, profitability, and compliance.

Experience: Arminio brings extensive experience from his time with On To Victory, Auburn’s NIL Collective, where he served as Director of Student-Athlete Fulfillment from 2022 to 2025 before stepping in as Acting Executive Director in June 2025. In addition, he was the head coach of Auburn University’s Men’s Lacrosse Club from 2018 to 2025, after previously serving as an assistant coach at Georgia Tech.

Personal: A native of Johns Creek, Georgia, Arminio played lacrosse at Auburn from 2005–2009. He and his wife, Mary Tyler, have three sons: Van, Anderson, and Miller. He enjoys attending Auburn sporting events and playing golf in his free time.
