Education: Joe graduated from Allegheny College in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Later completed a Masters degree from LaGrange college in 2019 before moving onto East Tennessee State University where he completed a PhD in Sport Physiology and Sport Performance.
Job Responsibilities: Joe oversees all aspects of sports science testing, analysis, education, and research for all Olympic sports, while implementing the strength and conditioning programs for women's tennis as well as track and field.
Past Experiences: Joe came to Auburn from East Tennessee State University where he was responsible for overseeing the strength and conditioning and sports science for all Olympic Sports and directly worked with baseball, track and field, and men's and women's tennis. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Wofford College in 2018 overseeing baseball, track and field, women's soccer, cross country, men's and women's golf, and assisted with football.
