Jordan VerHulst is in his fourth season at Auburn under coach Bruce Pearl, including his first after being promoted to Special Assistant to the Head Coach. 

He spent the previous three seasons as Video Coordinator as he was in charge of all the basketball team video needs for scouting opponents.

VerHulst was the video coordinator at Memphis from 2009-14, breaking down upcoming opponents and presenting coaches and players scouting reports. He also developed software to create plus-minus reports, shot charts and offensive efficiency. 

VerHulst graduated Grand Valley State University in 2008 with a bachelor of arts in business management. He then moved to Memphis where he earned his master's in Sport Management in 2012.

VerHulst was the assistant varsity basketball coach and the eighth grade head coach for Godwin Heights Public Schools from 2007-09. He also spent time as the media/community relations intern with the Grand Rapids Rampage of the Arena Football League in 2008.

VerHulst and his wife, Julie, have two daughters, Kynlee and Caroline.
