Education: Earned a B.A. in communications in 2006 from Concordia College (MN). Received a M.S. in sport management from Ohio State University in 2009.

Job Responsibilities: Willard serves as the Athletics Communications contact for gymnastics and equestrian. She manages the publicity and media relations for each sport, while also maintaining the historical records. In addition, Willard also assists with football in the fall and is the editor for the Auburn footballl gameday program as well as Tiger Roar magazine.

Past Experience: Willard served as Assistant Director of Athletics Communications at Ohio State from March 2011 – March 2014, working primarily with men's and women's volleyball and men's and women's golf. She also served as the primary statistician for the Buckeye football and basketball programs. Willard spent a season as the primary contact for the Ohio State women's hockey team. She was an assistant director with the Auburn office from July 2009 – March 2011, acting as the primary contact for volleyball, swimming and diving, and men's tennis. While obtaining her master's degree, she was the graduate assistant at Ohio State, 2007-09, assisting with men's and women's volleyball, baseball, swimming and diving, and football and basketball statistics. Willard did her post-graduate internship at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, serving as the primary contact for women's soccer, wrestling, and baseball. while assisting with men's soccer, volleyball, and women's basketball. During college, she was a student assistant at Concordia College (MN) for four years, 2002-06. Willard was a summer intern for U.S. Figure Skating in Colorado Springs in 2008, and spent a year with the Mobile Sports Authority – the sports commission for Mobile County (AL).

Personal: Willard is married to Zach Willard of Hazel Green, Ala., and has two daughters, Madelyn and Elsie. She is a member of CoSIDA.
