Education: Fuller received both her bachelor's (Business Administration) and master's (Management) from Faulkner University. In addition, as an HR professional, Fuller holds a number of certifications including: SHRM-CP, Society of Human Resources Management-Certified Professional, PHR, HR Certification Institute (HRCI)-Professional in Human Resources, and MHFA, National Council for Behavioral Health-Mental Health First Aid Certification.

Job Responsibilities: Fuller is responsible for strategically leading Human Resources programs for Athletics, while also, serving as a collaborative partner to provide human resources services to Athletics for success. 

Experience: Fuller has been apart of the Auburn Family since 1999, when she accepted her first role in Human Resources. Prior to beginning her career at Auburn, she worked in the trucking industry with responsibilities in human resources and compliance. Before Auburn, Fuller served in external HR Professional organizations in leadership roles.

Personal: A native of Auburn, Alabama, Leanne is married to Bart Prorok and they have two twin boys, and a french bulldog named Baxter. Leanne enjoys arranging flowers for others and gardening.
