Luke Haker joined the Auburn football staff in December 2025. He currently serves as the Director of Football Operations.

In his role, Haker facilitates team travel and meals and handles the day-to-day operations for the program, among other duties.

Prior to his arrival in Auburn, Haker spent two years as the Chief of Staff and Director of Team Operations at Austin Peay.

Before Austin Peay, Haker was the assistant director of football operations at Marshall (Feb. 2021–Dec. 2022) and also complete two separate seasonal internships with the Cleveland Browns in 2019 and 2020.

Haker graduated from Mississippi State with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2019. While attending Mississippi State, he served as a football operations student assistant under current Auburn football general manager Andrew Warsaw.
