Education: Amos received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from James Madison University in 2017 and a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Eastern Michigan University in 2019.

Job Responsibilities: As Director for Fan Experience, Amos oversees the Fan Experience department on The Plains. In this role, Amos is primarily responsible for creating preeminent experiences for the Auburn Family on gameday. Amos serves as the primary contact for Auburn Football, Men’s Basketball, and is the advisor for the Auburn Jungle.

Experience: Amos continues his time on The Plains after serving as an Assistant Director of Marketing & Fan Experience from 2021-2023, where he helped set numerous program highs in attendance and revenue with Auburn Baseball and Gymnastics. In his previous role, he oversaw the in-venue fan experience for a variety of Auburn home athletics events, while also implementing Auburn Athletics email strategy. In 2021-22, Amos played an essential role in helping Auburn’s Marketing Team receive national recognition as a finalist for the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators’ (NACMA) Team of the Year, which honors the nation’s best marketing and fan experience departments.
Before joining the Auburn Athletic Department, Amos spent time at Ohio State University where he served as Assistant Director of Marketing & Fan Experience. From 2017-2019, Amos spent time as a Graduate Assistant and an Assistant Director of Marketing & Fan Experience at Eastern Michigan University after graduating from James Madison University, where he served as a marketing intern.

Personal: Amos is a native of Winchester, Virginia. He currently lives in Auburn with his wife Katie, and their son Miller.
