Education: Adams completed her bachelor's degree in athletic training from Salem State in 2020 with a minor in coaching. Adams earned her master's degree in advanced athletic training from South Carolina in 2022, where she also served as a graduate and teaching assistant. 

Job Responsibilities: Adams serves as an athletic trainer for Auburn's Track & Field/Cross Country program.

Experience: Adams joined Auburn Athletics after three years at the University of New Mexico where she provided care to men's and women's tennis, women's golf, men's and women's track and field, and football programs. Prior to that, Adams served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at South Carolina where she worked as a head athletic trainer at Mid-Carolina High School and as the primary athletic trainer for Gamecock women's tennis and women's golf. Adams completed an internship with Army West Point Football in 2019 and was an undergraduate student with Harvard women's basketball and women's lacrosse. She is a former Division III athlete, competing for the volleyball program at Salem Stated during her time as a Viking.
