Education: Parker received his bachelor's of journalism degree in Radio/TV News from the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism in 2011. He received his master's in business administration from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business in 2014.
Job Responsibilities: Parker joined Auburn University as the Senior Producer - Live Operations in March 2019. He helps oversee the live broadcasts that originate from the War Eagle Productions two control rooms, which includes video boards and live events on ESPN’s linear and digital networks.
Past Experience: Parker started in sports production in 2009-10 as the play-by-play voice of the Alaska Fire in the Alaska Baseball League. He then moved into the TV side of things in 2009 as a producer, reporter and fill-in anchor at KOMU-TV, the NBC affiliate in Columbia, Missouri. After graduating, Parker helped build the Mizzou Network at his alma mater in 2011. He started as a graduate assistant, moved to producer with the creation of the SEC Network and later was elevated to Senior Producer where he helped with staff payroll and revenue in addition to his producing responsibilities. Parker spent 8 years in total with Mizzou.
