Training: Ronin is a 1.5-year-old Black Labrador Retriever who was trained by Auburn University Canine Performance Sciences as a detection dog. Although he ultimately did not qualify for detection duties, Ronin transitioned into a therapy role, where he now shares his skills with Auburn student-athletes.

Job Responsibilities: As a therapy dog with Counseling & Sport Psychology (CSP), Ronin works with student-athletes during individual and group counseling sessions. He also participates in outreach events, where he enjoys receiving pets and sharing tail wags with the Auburn community. A big fan of sporting events, Ronin enjoys supporting Auburn student-athletes whenever he gets the opportunity. His therapeutic approach includes calming breaths, leaning into the issue at hand, and sensory exploration through ear rubs.

Personal: In his free time, Ronin enjoys finding pinecones on walks, taking naps in his office, fetching toys, and meeting new friends.
