Job Responsibilities: Manages and administers the daily operations of the Athletics Department's human resources functions. In addition to her primary role with Auburn University HR, she teaches for the Harbert College of Business Human Resources Management program
Education: Graduated for Troy State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Fitness Management and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management in 2010.
Past Experience: Rockette worked 7 years in combination in corporate recruiting and managing job placements for higher education institutions.
Personal: A native of Selma, Alabama, married to Larry together have 3 kids Kennedy, Nevaeh, and Aaron including a doggy son Dallas. Takisha has always been dedicated to community outreach and the development of youth. Over the years she has served on boards and been a member of several organizations that support her passion such as: EASHRM, Boys and Girls club Prattville, Junior League of Montgomery, Emerge Montgomery, and Southern Youth Leadership institute.
