Began at Auburn: November 2021

Education: Johnson received his bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Sports & Entertainment Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, graduating with the distinction of magna cum laude.

Job Responsibilities: Johnson is the Creative Video lead for Women's Basketball and Women’s Tennis.

Past Experience: During his undergraduate years, Johnson served as a student manager for the UAB Men’s Basketball Team under Coach Rob Ehsan. In this role, he cut and edited coaching videos while also producing creative video reels for recruiting and social media. Following his time at UAB, he joined Auburn as a Creative Content Specialist through the McClendon Foundation's Minority Leadership Initiative, eventually advancing to his current role as Assistant Director of Creative Video.

Personal: Johnson is a Detroit, Michigan, native who spent his late teenage years in the Birmingham metro area, where he met his wife, Kara. The two were married in a lovely ceremony in November 2023.
