Job Description
The Student-Athlete Support Services Tiger Tutor Program is designed to enhance student-athletes’ educational experience, which can be accomplished by helping students help themselves. We are excited to begin the search for a Tiger Tutor to join the team!
This posting is an ongoing applicant pool, our peak interviewing/hiring is as follows. Fall term-June/July interviews, Spring term-November/early December interviews, Summer-April interviews. Once staff needs are met each term, this pool is used to pull applicants during a term should a specific class need arise that cannot be met with current staff.
Job Duties
- As a Tutor, you would play a major role in the student-athlete’s ability to master course material through individual and small group sessions.
- Tiger tutors meet regularly with students to assist them in building active study and learning skills, improving study habits, and developing comprehension.
- Tutoring activities may include reviewing class materials, discussing course readings, creating study guides, or problem solving.
- Tutors are responsible for submitted reports of sessions in a timely manner.
- The Tutor is expected to maintain and respect confidentiality related to the student-athlete, SASS, and AU Athletics, as well as maintain and exhibit a high degree of professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Of utmost importance, tutors must have a commitment to upholding the University’s Student Academic Honesty Code as well as NCAA Bylaws.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an Auburn University undergraduate student
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
- Minimum grade of ‘B’ or better in specific courses tutored
Preferred Qualifcations
- Junior standing or higher
Job Description
The Athletics IT Service Desk is seeking motivated students to join our team in providing frontline technical support to Auburn University’s athletics community! This role offers hands-on experience supporting a wide range of IT services for staff, student-athletes and coaches.
Job Duties
- Support for Auburn Information Technology resources including Configuration of laptops, tablets, and cell phones for campus wireless and email systems, accounts, email, printing services, and other IT services.
- Assistance with Duo 2Factor registration, reactivation, and removal.
- Monitor the athletics Service Now system and respond to tickets and other requests accordingly.
- Limited Football Game Day IT support that includes data network, wireless network set up monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.
- Ability to work independently.
- Enrolled in course at Auburn University
Expectations
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT resources and services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must understand that the student is responsible for working the hours that they are scheduled or will ensure that their hours are covered if they are unable to work a scheduled shift.

Job Duties
- Provide high quality daily care of the horses at the Equestrian Center
- Clean stalls, feed, water, turnouts and blanketing of horses
- Administer medications and perform medical treatments
- Oversee general horse health
- Assist with veterinary and farrier when needed

Job Duties
- Assist with event set up and breakdown for special events, such as moving tables and chairs, setting linens, florals, and AV needs.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and using Microsoft Office apps.
- Assist with other duties pertaining to event preparation as assigned, including but not limited to; greeting guests, registration, food service, cleaning, delivering and unloading stock, operating various tools (pressure washer, drill, leaf blower, vacuum, etc.).

Job Duties
- Setup and tear down on football game days and various other athletic events throughout the year.
- Assist Event Manager(s) in executing various game day operations responsibilities as assigned.
- Collaborate with other student workers to carry out assigned tasks from Game Operations Graduate Assistants, Assistant Director of Game Operations, Director of Game Operations, Assistant AD of Game Operations, and Senior Associate AD of Operations, and any other full time Auburn athletics staff.
Qualifications
- Enrolled undergraduate student at Auburn University.
- Must be available to work all home football games in 2025.
- Must apply to open shifts through Teams when available.

- Due to access to restricted areas in Jordan-Hare Stadium and Neville Arena, all applicants must have high levels of integrity and professionalism.

Job Duties
- Filmers will be required to attend practices, set up camera equipment, and shoot assigned drills. Students can be trained the needed skills, if teachable and willing to learn.
- Opportunity to film different activities throughout the year.
- Very detail oriented and requirement of reporting to work during scheduled shift with undivided attention.
- Possible opportunity to travel during away games.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an Auburn University undergraduate student.
Expectations
- Available to attend all football practices: (Spring 2026 Scheule) Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 7:30am to 11:30am, and Saturday Mid-Day.
- Weekday classes must start at or after Noon (Spring 2026).
- Ability to work home football games
- Ability to stand for 3 hours, and lift 25lbs
- Ability to climb steep stairs/ladders (fear of heights not advised)
- Basic knowledge of American Football
