• Campers must be active students at Auburn University to participate.
  • Students are responsible for all personal items. Auburn will not be held liable for any items lost or stolen.
  • Littering will not be tolerated. Students are responsible for the removal of all items. Please make use of the garbage receptacles and recycling bins. Please ensure that larger items are not left behind. All trash must be removed and placed in either a bag or in a trash receptacle before the game begins.
  • Camping areas may be cleaned at any point prior to doors opening but must be cleaned by the four-hour mark prior to tip off. Please make sure any personal items or items you would like to keep are on your person or removed prior to this time. Items left behind will be thrown away. 
  • Students may set up only in areas designated outside of Neville Arena.
  • Students must refrain from tying anything—including tents—to trees, lamp posts, handrails, or other structures.
  • All tent frames and materials (including tarps) must be store-bought and flame retardant. Students may be required to remove non-compliant item. Maximum tent size is a four-person tent. 
  • Any items brought to the queueing area must be able to fit within the four-person tent structure. 
  • When placing stakes into the ground, please be aware of and avoid marked utility and irrigation lines. 
  • Generators of any kind are prohibited.
  • Open flames of any kind are prohibited. This includes fire pits and all grills.
  • No congregating in resident halls (lobbies, hallways, stairwells, or entrances)  Visitation and Guest policies will be enforced.
  • All visitor must be accompanied by their sponsored resident at all times.
  • Residence hall restrooms are not available for public use.
  • Removal of university property from any building is strictly prohibited (suite furniture, lobby furniture, AU-provided appliances, etc.).
  • Any extension cords, surge protectors, etc. connected to any part of any resident hall (from within the suites, stairwells, corridors, lobbies, etc.) will be confiscated and/or rendered unusable. 
  • The use of electrical outlets located inside or outside of campus buildings is prohibited.
  • Smoking is prohibited according to university policy.
  • Portable restrooms will be available near the area. Using the bushes or any other part of the grounds around Neville Arena is prohibited by law.
  • Campus Safety & Security will monitor and communicate weather conditions to students. The following guidelines will be used when determining if students should leave: 
    • Temperatures at or below 32°F 
    • Snow or ice conditions
    • Sustained winds higher than 20 mph
    • Lightning within a six-mile radius
    • Severe weather warnings
    • University closure
