- The Auburn men's tennis team will have three players in the singles semifinals and one doubles team in the semifinal round on Sunday at the USTA/ITA Southern Regional Tournament.

Senior Lukas Ollert, junior Marko Krickovic and sophomore Maxime Hinnisdaels all advanced to the singles final four without dropping a set on Saturday. Ollert and Krickovic will also play in the doubles semifinals.

"You couldn't ask for a better morning. The guys really came to play," Auburn head coach Eric Shore said. "To have three of the four in the semifinals in the singles, I do not think we have ever done that. We have a team left in the semifinals for doubles, and we would like to see Auburn to go to New York in singles and doubles."

Ollert defeated Mississippi State's Mate Cutura 6-0, 6-1, while Krickovic defeated LSU's Chris Simpson 6-2, 6-1 to secure his spot. The Auburn duo will face each other in the final four.
Hinnisdaels will face Ole Miss's Stefan Lindmark after he defeated LSU's Boris Arias 6-3, 6-2 in the quarterfinal round.

"We are just going to put Ollert and Krickovic on an island and let them play. We are going to have everyone else over with Max," Shore said. "We will look over and see how it is going and look at the score at the end."

Krickovic and Ollert will also be playing in the doubles semifinal after defeating Troy's Pablo Moreno and Gabriel Sciacca Dias in the Round of 16 after a Troy withdrawal. The pair would then defeat Ole Miss's Zvonimir Babic and Joe Rogers 8-3 to advance to the semifinals.
