Results vs. Georgia Tech 
AUBURN, Ala. - After dropping the doubles point, Auburn surged back in singles play to defeat nationally ranked Georgia Tech 4-3 and extend its unbeaten streak to seven matches at the Yarbrough Tennis Center on Sunday.
"It was a really good team effort. I told them not be disappointed with the doubles result. Georgia Tech's doubles is very good," Auburn head coach Eric Shore said. "There is no way that they are ranked No. 75. They are a really good team indoors. We dealt with some adversity and we got the job done."
Auburn lost two matches in doubles, including a match to 44th-ranked Carlos Benito and Eduardo Segura, as the Yellow Jackets took the doubles point from the Tigers.
116th-ranked Marko Krickovic won a thriller over 50th-ranked Michael Eubanks, winning 7-6 (7-5), 7-5. No. 79 Lukas Ollert also topped a higher-ranked opponent, beating 47th-ranked Nathan Rakitt 6-7 (7-2), 6-3, 6-2. Ollert's match clinched the victory for the Tigers.
No. 108 Maxime Hinnsidaels won his match in two sets, defeating Michael Kay 7-5, 6-4. Dante Saleh dropped the first set in his match, but took down Eduardo Segura 4-6, 6-2, 6-3.
The No. 38 Tigers, now 9-1, will head to the Blue Gray Tournament next weekend in Montgomery. No. 75 Georgia Tech is now 5-2 on the year.
