Results vs. Mississippi State 
AUBURN, Ala. - Another slow start doomed No. 39 Auburn in front of a big crowd on Sunday as the Tigers fell 4-0 to No. 42 Mississippi State at the Yarbrough Tennis Center.
Auburn moves to 11-5 on the season while Mississippi State improves to 12-4.
"We have got to figure it out in doubles. We are close, but we are not quite climbing the hill yet," Auburn head coach Eric Shore said. "It gets to be a confidence factor at some point. We are just battling some demons right now and we have got to get it figure out. We have to pull together as a team and come up with some answers."
Mississippi State took the doubles point in the match with wins on courts one and two. The match on court three went unfinished.
In singles, Auburn forced four of six matches into a third set, but it was not enough as the Tigers dropped matches on courts one, two and four.
Auburn's next two matches are on the road next weekend as the team travels to No. 13 Ole Miss and No. 64 Arkansas.
