AUBURN, Ala. ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" No. 9 Auburn (21-5, 3-3 SEC) welcomes No. 24 Missouri (19-6, 3-3 SEC) for a three-game series at Plainsman Park this weekend. The series opener between the two teams is scheduled for Friday at 6 p.m. followed by game two Saturday at 6 p.m. and the series finale Sunday at 2 p.m.

  • Offensively, the Tigers rank 10th in the SEC with a .287 team average and are hitting .244 in conference play. Sophomore outfielder Kameron Misner is the team's most potent bat and ranks second in the SEC with a .413 average while leading Missouri in doubles (eight), triples (three), home runs (four) and RBI (25).
  • On the mound, Missouri ranks fifth in the SEC with a 3.00 ERA. Along with starters T.J. Sikkema, Michael Plassmeyer and Bryce Montes De Oca, Nile Ball has made nine appearances out of the bullpen and is 1-0 with a 1.69 ERA and team-best three saves.

SERIES HISTORY vs. MISSOURI

  • Auburn is 4-10 in the all-time series against Missouri, including a 2-5 mark against the visiting Tigers at Plainsman Park.
