AUBURN, Ala. -- Auburn track and field will host the Tiger Track Classic this Friday and Saturday at the Hutsell-Rosen Track and Field Complex in Auburn, Alabama.

Auburn will serve host to 27 other teams this weekend. Teams competing include Auburn, AU-Montgomery, UAB, Alabama State, Arkansas State, UA-Huntsville, Boston, Brown, Clemson, Columbus State, Cornell, Davidson, Florida State, Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Indiana State, Lamar, Louisiana-Lafayette, Loyola-New Orleans, Mercer, McKendree, New Orleans, Samford, South Alabama, Troy, Quinnipiac and Western Michigan. The Auburn men will head into this weekend's event ranked 17th in the latest USTFCCCA rankings, two spots up from last week's ranking, while the women head into the weekend ranked 43rd.

Auburn will have 24 men scheduled to compete along with 32 women.

On the men's side, competitors include: Nathon Allen, Sherwayne Allen, Cade Antonucci, Erik Armes, Evan Blaire, Akeem Bloomfield, Jaron Brooks, Joshua Burks, Justin Carter, Randall Ceneus, Raheem Chambers, Coleman Churitch, Xavier Coakley, Wesley Curles, Benedict Draghi, Noah Igbinoghene, Ryan Lee, Tommy McDonough, Mark Rubalcaba, Andy Smith, Jay Spieler, Chris Stone, Chiason Tenkiang and Alex Tucker.

Women competing for the tigers this weekend include: Jenae Ambrose, Caroline Bado, Katherine Boone, Dominique Bullock, Ashley Carter, Kylee Carter, Cassandra Carlile, Skyler Daniel, Kristen Dodson, Anna Gierow, Katie Grunder, Jakayla Hand, Amy Hansen, Deja Hillman, Brenda Kigen, Joyce Kimeli, Mercy Kiprop, Caroline Lawrence, Myra Mack, Tyra Massey, Tori McKinley, Louisa McPherson, Kendra Mitchell, Peyton Montgomery, Ivana Muzaric, Frances Patrick, Erin Perkins, Renee Shaw, Jonielle Smith, Danielle Springer, Presley Weems and Natalliah Whyte.

The Tigers are coming off a successful weekend in which they saw eight wins and 21 personal records at the Jim Click Shootout in Tucson, Arizona. The women finished third overall in the event while the men placed fifth. Both teams are looking to build off the momentum as they reach the midpoint of the outdoor season.

Fans attending this weekend's Tiger Track Classic are encouraged to park on Lem Morrison Drive between Donahue Drive and the Auburn University intramural fields as well as the Hayfields on Donahue Drive.

The Tiger Track Classic will begin with the Heptathlon 100m Hurdles at 11:45 A.M. CST on Friday and at 10:30 A.M. CST on Saturday with the Decathlon 110m High Hurdles. Live stats can be found here.
