2017 Cross Country:
Was Auburn's top finisher for the first and second times of his career ... Led the Tigers at the SEC Championship in the 8k with a season-best 24:26.3 ... Finished 16th in the Crimson Classic 8k ... Finished fourth in the men's 6k at the Golden Eagle Invitational with a time of 19:43.9 ... Finished 40th at the NCAA South Regional

2017 Outdoor:
Competed in two events in the 3000m and 5000m ... Finished eighth at the Texas Invitational in the 3k with a time of 8:46.79

2017 Indoor:
Competed in three events in the 3000m and 5000m ... Ran a personal-best 8:16.87 in the 3000m at the Razorback Invitational 

2016 Cross Country:
Finished third at the JSU Strut’s Opener with a personal best 15:20.90 in the men’s 5k ... Notched a 17th place finish at the Furman Classic with a 26:11.81.

2016 Indoor:
Finished first at the Husker Invitational in the 3000m with a time of 8:22.86 ... Recorded a second place finish in the 5000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a personal best time of 14:27.90 ... 2015-16 SEC Academic Honor Roll. 

2015 Cross Country:
Finished 64th at the SEC Cross Country Championships ... Posted three top-ten finishes out of six meets.

2014 Cross Country: 
Competed in seven events ... Finished sixth at the JSU Foothills Invitational in the 8k with a time of 25:26.3 ... Also finished ninth at the Samford XC Invite.

2015 Outdoor Season:
Ran an 8:32.22 to place second at the Tiger Track Classic in the 3000m ... Placed third at the Border Clash in the 5000m with a time of 14:59.59.

2015 Indoor Season:
Ran a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 8:25.78 at the Husker Invitational ... Clocked a 8:31.87 in the 3000m at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational.

2014 Cross Country: 
Competed in seven events ... Named to the SEC All-Freshman Team after finishing 40th at the SEC Championships at 25:33.70 ... Recorded a top-10 finish in his first career race at the South Alabama Opener ... Finished 18th at the Furman Classic at 25:30.36 ... Placed 19th at the Florida State Invitational with a time of 26:29.05.

Prior to Auburn: 
Attended Brentwood High School in Brentwood, Tenn. ... Was a member of the 2013 and 2014 All-State Cross Country Team and All-State Track Team ... Helped lead Brentwood High to three consecutive chamionships from 2011-13 ... Ranked third nationally in cross country in 2013 ... Broke the high school 4x1600m relay record in 2014.
