AUBURN, Ala. – The 2022 half of the Auburn equestrian schedule was announced Tuesday.
The spring season will consist of six home meets and the 2022 SEC Championship at the Auburn University Equestrian Center.
Following its Nov. 18-19 trip to Texas, Auburn will return to action with a Jumping Seat squad meet on the Plains, Jan. 28-29. The Tigers will welcome SUNY New Paltz, Sewanee and Dartmouth for the two-day contest.
The squad takes to the road for a Southeastern Conference match up at South Carolina, Feb. 5. The team then returns to Auburn for a handful of meets to close out February. The Tigers will host Ole Miss in an exhibition (Feb. 11) and follow with a contest against Delaware State (Feb. 12). Both meets will be held at the Auburn University Equestrian Center.
Auburn will honor its seniors on February 26 as the team hosts conference foe Texas A&M. The final meet of the regular season will be on road with the Tigers heading to rival Georgia on March 4.
The postseason kicks off March 25-26 with the 2022 SEC Championship. Auburn will host the two-day meet at the Auburn University Equestrian Center. More information on the conference championship will be announced later.
Auburn will continue hosting in the postseason as the 2022 National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) Championship will take place April 14-16 at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida. Auburn will serve as the host institution at the neutral site.
