AUBURN, Ala. – The PNC Achievers program is back with 12 Auburn student-athletes on the Spring 2022 Watch List. The group was selected based on their well-rounded achievement through leadership, academic success, community engagement and in competition.

The Watch List representatives are: Aria Brusch (gymnastics), Ashley-Sinclair Curtis (women's golf), David Edmondson (men's track), Ryan Eshleman (men's golf), Garrett Farquhar (baseball), Wendell Green Jr. (men's basketball), Emma Kurtz (equestrian), Jacob Quattlebaum (football), Liz Reich (volleyball), Adeline Sabados (gymnastics), Devan Sweeney (women's swimming & diving) and Yu Chen (women's tennis).

From the Watch List, six semifinalists will be selected, then one male and one female student-athlete will be named Spring 2022 PNC Achievers and recognized at an in-game ceremony.

An Auburn Athletics staff panel selects student-athletes who have distinguished themselves in the areas of academic achievement, community service and student leadership.

"The PNC Achievers program aligns perfectly with our purpose to educate, support and develop our student-athletes at every moment, to create Auburn Women and Men," Auburn University Director of Athletics Allen Greene said. "PNC Achiever nominees and recipients have maximized all the resources our AuburnYOU life skills program offers while demonstrating excellence in academics, athletics and community service."

Keira McCarrell (women's track & field) and Spencer Gray (men's tennis) were recognized on the court at Neville Arena before the Georgia game as Auburn's Fall 2021 PNC Achievers.

"PNC Achievers is not just about honoring the best athlete on campus," said Nick Willis, PNC regional president for North and Central Alabama. "It's about honoring and supporting well-rounded student-athletes – the ones who are driven to succeed in all facets of life. These are the young adults we know will forge strong communities as they move through and beyond college."
