2022 Outdoor
Threw javelin in eight meets... Threw a huge PR and the fifth-best throw in school history, unleashing for 56.56m to become a Texas Relays champion and post the nation's leading mark... Posted four consecutive top-5 outings following Texas Relays, highlighted by a 53.69m outing at the War Eagle Invitational... Finished sixth and scored three points at SEC Outdoors with a top mark of 50.35m.

2021 Indoor
Competed pentathlon in two meets, 60m hurdles in three, high jump in one, long jump in one and shot put in two... Earned a PR at SEC Indoors, scoring 3,703 points to finish 12th. 

2021 Outdoor
Main event was javelin, competing in seven meets, also threw shot put in two... Season best javelin performance was a top-five finish at SECs, throwing for 49.92m... Farthest throw, 50.20, came en route to a gold medal finish at the Tennessee Challenge... Capped javelin season with a 25th place finish at NCAA East Prelims, throwing 47.28m... Best shot put outing came at FSU Relays, throwing 13.40m and earning a top-15 finish. 

2021 Indoor
Competed in six events across three meets…Finished eighth in high jump at the South Carolina Invitational, clearing a season-best 1.59m… Threw a personal best, 13.12m, In shot put at the Bob Pollock Invitational, finishing eighth… Finished first in shot put at the South Carolina Invitational, throwing 12.36m.

2020 Outdoor
Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Competed in two meets in the pentathlons placing 15^th both time with 3584 points at SEC indoors and 3464 points at the Razorback Invitational …Competed in four meets in the 60m hurdles ... placed 10^th at the Bob Pollock Invitational in 9.20 ... Competed in three meets in the long jump ... jumped 5.21m at the Tiger Paw Invitational..

2019 Outdoor (Oregon)
Competed in the javelin throw (48.82m/160-2) at the NCAA Championship, finishing 17^th … Earned bid to NCAA Outdoors for second year in a row after taking 12^th at NCAA West Preliminaries in the javelin throw with mark of 48.16m/158-0 … Eighth at Pac-12 Championships in the heptathlon (5,118 points) and 11^th at conference in the javelin (45.14m/148-1) … Established a PR 5,336 points at the Bryan Clay Invitational while finishing fifth … Recorded a personal-best 5.42m/17-9.5 in the long jump to finish fourth at the Sun Angel Track Classic … Took bronze at Sun Angel in javelin throw after a toss of 47.25m/155-0 … Won javelin throw at Aztec Invitational with best mark of 48.78m/160-0.

2019 Indoor (Oregon)
Competed in four meets … Ninth in the MPSF Championships in the pentathlon with 3,665 points … Personal-best 3,685 points in the pentathlon at the Razorback Invitational to finish sixth overall.

2018 Summer (Team Canada)
Competing for Team Canada at the IAAF World U20 Championships in Tampere, Finland, was 19^th in the javelin throw with a mark of 47.85m/157-0.

2018 Outdoor (Oregon)
Competed in the javelin throw (141-3/43.07m) at the NCAA Championships ... Threw a massive lifetime-best of 171-1 (52.15m), a PR of almost 17 feet, to place fifth in the javelin throw at the NCAA West Preliminaries and earn a bid to the NCAA Outdoor Championships as a freshman... Placed 10th in the javelin (43.41m/142-05) at the Pac-12 Championships ... Took second place in the javelin throw (153-10/46.89m) and competed in the 100 meter hurdles (14.86) at the OSU High Performance ... Recorded a personal record and took first place in the second group of the heptathlon (5,161 points) by recording a personal best in the javelin (151-11) and the 800 meters (2:26.91) at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... Placed second in the javelin with a mark of 148-01 (45.14m) and competed in the high jump (4-11.00/1.50m) at the Pepsi Invitational ... Recorded a personal best and placed first in the javelin with a mark of 154-8 (47.16m) at the Aztec Invitational ... Also competed in the 100 meter hurdles (15.26) at the Aztec Invitational.

2018 Indoor (Oregon)
Placed first in the shot put (11.42m) to help her score 3359 in her first pentathlon as a collegiate athlete at the 2018 MPSF Championships ... Competed in the shot put (36-02.75/11.04m) at the Husky Classic ... Recorded a mark of 4-11.00 (1.50m) in the high jump and a mark of 34-10.25 (10.62m) in the shot put at the UW Preview to open collegiate career.

High School
Finished as the runner-up in the javelin at the 2016 Oregon State 6A Championships … Went a perfect four-for-four at the Greater Valley Conference district track and field meet, winning the 100 hurdles, the high jump, the javelin and anchoring the winning 400-meter relay team that set a school record … The 2015 USATF Junior Olympics Champion in the javelin … Named the 2015 USATF Oregon Female Multi-Event & Field Event Athlete of the Year.
